Seminar: "Daylighting of Buildings – Plastic Rooflights" examines why we need daylight, including health issues connected with daylight, or rather, lack of appropriate daylight, legislation which is relevant, some of the consequences of poor lighting and how in principle the requirements can be met.

Seminar: "Roof lights and their use for conservation of fuel and power" provides an overview of the revisions and changes made to UK’s part L and Scotland’s part J documents, identification and expansion of the main themes relevant to the building envelope, and rooflight options for satisfying the regulations.

Seminar: "Daylight By Design" discusses how to balance good daylight with the various needs for roof safety, low U-valves and cost efficiency in any building type.

Seminar: "Specifying Zero Risk Rooflights" gives a greater understanding of contemporary issues concerning rooflight specification and how to build the appropriate level of safety into future specifications.
